Ces deux pratiques seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour pouvoir \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans notre vie quotidienne, pour nous aider \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes quotidiens et pour continuer notre d\u00e9veloppement humain."}
